Five Star Elite Care – Membership Policy
Overview
Five Star Elite Care is a premium lawn maintenance membership designed for clients who want consistent service, priority scheduling, and long-term value.
This is a recurring maintenance program, not a one-time service.
🌿 What’s Included
Elite Care members receive:
- 2 professional lawn cuts per month
- Monthly weed treatment (included at no extra cost)
- Light debris cleanup during service
- 10% off landscaping projects (when paid upfront)
- Access to 0% APR financing on larger jobs
- Locked-in pricing (no rate increases while active)
- Priority scheduling over non-members
- Storm cleanup priority
- Preferred customer status
💳 Billing & Payments
- All payments are securely processed through Square
- A valid card on file is required
- Payments are automatically charged 1 day before service
- No payment = service is canceled
Failed Payments:
- Service is paused immediately
- Membership benefits are removed
- Rejoining requires approval
📅 Service Schedule
- Membership includes 2 cuts per month under normal growing conditions
- Scheduling is based on route efficiency, weather, and workload
- Exact service dates may vary
Weather / Growth Adjustments:
- If there is no grass growth (drought conditions), service may be paused
- Service resumes when growth returns
⚠️ Property Condition Policy
This program is for maintained properties only.
- Overgrown or neglected lawns may require:
- A one-time cleanup fee, or
- A separate restoration service before membership continues
🌱 Scope of Service
Each visit includes:
- Mowing
- Edging
- Weed eating (string trimming)
- Blowing off hard surfaces
Not included (additional cost):
- Leaf removal
- Bush trimming
- Flower bed work
- Debris hauling
- Major cleanups
🚫 Access Requirements
Customers must:
- Provide clear access to all service areas
- Remove obstacles (toys, pet waste, debris, etc.)
We are not responsible for damage to:
- Hidden objects
- Unmarked sprinkler heads or wiring
🐶 Pets & Safety
- Pets must be secured during service
- We are not responsible for pets escaping through open gates
❌ Membership Commitment & Removal
- Membership is limited and approval-based
- Inconsistent participation or repeated issues may result in removal
Five Star Landscaping reserves the right to:
- Approve or deny membership
- Cancel membership at any time if terms are not followed

Elite Care is built for ongoing maintenance, not:
- One-time emergency cuts
- Restoration-level yard work without additional charges
