We offer multiple ways to work with our team depending on your role:
Door Hanger Distribution
- Pay is $0.20 per door hanger
- Expected to pass out 500 door hangers per week (or as many as provided)
- Earn $10 commission for every lead that turns into a customer
- The faster and more efficient you are, the more you can earn
- Top performers can make $20–$25+ per hour, depending on neighborhood density
- Paid in cash every Sunday
Labor Crew (Field Work)
- Pay is $15 per hour
- Work includes landscaping, lawn care, and related services
Sales Role
- Commission-only position
- Earn based on the jobs you bring in
